The Sukošan project is entering its final stage! 🏗️✨
We are pleased to share updates from our construction site in Sukošan. Our project with three residential buildings is taking its final shape:
✅ Move-ins are underway – 11 of 18 apartments have already opened their doors to their new owners.
✅ Final works in progress – The remaining 4 apartments will be fully completed within the next few weeks.
✅ Landscaping and parking – We are working intensively on exterior landscaping, and parking spaces are gradually being put into operation.
✅ Garages and storage units – All units are ready for use! Note: In Building C, one garage and several practical storage units are still available.
