We are proud to announce the completion of our latest project in Sukošan, at the Mala Makarska location. This modern building in the first row by the sea offers three luxury apartments, each with 130 m² of space, spacious covered terraces, a rooftop oasis, and a carefully landscaped garden featuring palms, citrus trees, and century-old olive trees.
The project was completed in record time: construction itself took just under 11 months, with an additional two months dedicated to horticulture and landscaping. The entire organization and execution was carried out by Jadria Modul, a renowned company with over ten years of experience in design and construction throughout Dalmatia.
All apartments were sold during construction, and we provided our new residents—who have since become dear friends—with full support in furnishing and furniture installation to ensure a flawless move-in experience.
