  • Agency commission: If you contacted us through one of the agencies with which we have a brokerage agreement, you are obligated to pay the commission in the amount you previously agreed upon in your contract with that agency. On our part, we also duly settle our own commission agreed upon with the partner.
  • Prior buyer registration: If a particular agency has already registered you in our system (by name and surname) as a potential buyer, and you subsequently contact us directly, we are obligated to notify that agency to protect their invested effort.
  • Our philosophy: We believe in Fair Play. We believe that agencies must profit from their invested work, marketing, and advertising investments because they are often the bridge that connects you with your future home in our development.

Questions About Property Rental

Rental is based on an official Lease Agreement certified by a notary public. Standard terms include a deposit equal to one to three months’ rent and an agreed rental period (usually a minimum of 12 months) to ensure stability for both parties.

As developers, we offer two options: fully furnished apartments with modern furniture and premium appliances ready for move-in, or unfurnished units for tenants who wish to bring their own furniture.

Since these are new Casa Stil constructions with high energy certificates, utility costs are optimized and minimal. All meters (electricity, water, gas/heating) are separate, and the tenant pays only their own consumption.

For most of our units, a parking space in the garage or a secured outdoor parking space within the complex is included, which is a significant advantage for our tenants.
